Although every attempt is made to keep our website as updated as possible, it is strongly recommended that you contact the particular property manager before applying for a property online to ensure it is still available.
Regrettably, if you apply for a property on-line and it is no longer available, refunds will not be issued.
The on-line application fee for an individual is $37. The on-line application fee for a married couple is $37 per person, even if they share the same last name. Please note that applications made in our office are $37 for an individual, $47 for a married couple with the same last name. A $5 processing fee is charged for all in-office applications.
Note: Once a deposit has been accepted for a property, please be aware that the deposit will be forfeited if the tenant does not take possession of the property.
