Rental Application Instructions
If you're interested in any of our rental properties, the following steps are required to process your application:
- Fully complete the Rental Application;
- Include the $35 screening fee per adult (18 years or older) or per married couple (married couples must have the same name). All applicants 18 years or older will be screened separately;
- Payment must be made to Accurate Screening with a cashiers check or money order (cash is not accepted);
- Valid picture identification and a valid Social Security card are required for all applications (Military ID is sufficient for military applicants).
Generally, net monthly income should equal or exceed three times the amount of monthly rent.
