Steward A. Wegener has been in the Real Estate Business since 1956, has been a Broker and has belonged to the Realtors® since 1957, was Director of the Tacoma Board of Realtors® in 1963, President of Tacoma Pierce County Multiple Listing Service in 1976, past President of the Tacoma Pierce county Board of Realtors® in 1980, State Director of Washington Association of Realtors®, 1980 to 1984.

Not only is Stew Wegener one of the most experienced Realtors® in the Tacoma-Pierce County marketing area he is also recognized as one of the most respected and professional brokers in commercial real estate.

A native of Twin Falls, Idaho, Stew attended the College of Idaho and ultimately located in the Lakewood area of Pierce County in 1956. He first entered real estate in that year and successfully completed his brokers studies in 1957. He was a partner in Westmark Properties, Inc., from 1972 to 1985, at which time he became the owner of that firm. He joined ALLEN Realtors® in 1991, preferring active involvement in marketing and sales over the more restrictive management responsibilities.

Since joining ALLEN as an Associate Broker, Stew has specialized in the commercial field and has been most successful in both the sale and leasing of a wide range of properties and businesses to local and regional investors.
